Can I Request a Delayed Shipment for My Order?

Yes. You can request that your order ships at a later date. There are two ways to do this, depending on when you submit your request.

Option 1 (Recommended): Use Special Order Instructions

The easiest and most reliable way to request a delayed shipment is to enter your request before adding the item to your cart.

  • Use the “Special Order Instructions (Optional)” box.  You will see this box after you finish customizing your product, immediately after you click "Add to Cart".
  • Enter your request with a specific ship date (example: “Please delay shipment until 12/01/20XX”)
  • Add the item to your cart and complete checkout as normal

Including your request here ensures our production team receives your instructions right away.

Option 2: Contact Customer Service After Ordering

If you’ve already placed your order, you can contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a delayed shipment.

  • Please reach out immediately after placing your order
  • We will do our best to accommodate your request based on order status

Keep in mind that orders move quickly into printing, so submitting your request in advance using the Special Instructions box is strongly recommended.

Important: Shipping vs. Mailing

A delayed shipment applies to orders being sent to you (bulk delivery).

If you are using our “Address + Mail For Me” service, you will select a mailing date instead during checkout.

  • Choose “Address + Mail For Me” in envelope options
  • Select “Pick a future mailing date”
  • Choose your preferred date from the calendar provided

This mailing date controls when your cards are sent through the postal system and is separate from standard shipping.
