How Do I Share My Design with Someone Else?
The Share Design feature makes it easy to send a design preview to coworkers, friends, family members, or other decision-makers before placing an order.
To use this feature, you must have an account and be logged in. Shared designs can be accessed from the Product Editor, your Shopping Cart, Saved Projects, and certain account history pages.
What Can I Share?
You can generate a shareable link for:
- Designs currently being customized in the Product Editor
- Items in your Shopping Cart
- Saved Projects
- In-process orders
- Past orders and previously purchased designs
Where Can I Find the Share Design Feature?
In the Product Editor
While designing your product, click the Share icon located near the top of the editor. A shareable link will be created that you can copy or send directly.
In Your Shopping Cart
Items in your cart can also be shared before checkout, making it easy to gather feedback or approvals before placing your order.
In Saved Projects
Navigate to:
My Account > Saved to Account > Saved Projects
Select the project you'd like to share and click Share or Share Design.
In Order History
You can also share designs from eligible orders in your account history by selecting Share Design from the available order actions.
How Can I Share My Design?
After generating a share link, you can:
- Copy the link and paste it anywhere
- Email the design directly
- Text the design link
- Use your device's native Share option to send through compatible apps and services
Depending on your device, additional sharing methods may be available through messaging apps, email applications, collaboration tools, cloud services, and other supported platforms.
What Can Recipients Do?
Anyone with the shared link can view a rendered preview of your design.
- View the design
- Review and provide feedback
- Share the link with others if desired
Shared designs are view-only. Recipients cannot:
- Edit your design
- Access your account
- Modify your saved project or order
- Place changes into your cart or account
Why Use Share Design?
Sharing is a great way to:
- Collect feedback before ordering
- Obtain manager or committee approvals
- Review personalized content with family members
- Confirm artwork, photos, logos, and messaging before checkout
Helpful Tips
- Create an account and sign in before beginning a design if you plan to share it later.
- Save your project before sharing to ensure the most current version is available.
- Review all sides of your design before sending the link.
- Use the Shopping Cart or Saved Projects area if you need to share a design after leaving the editor.
