What Is Design Review & Proof?
Design Review & Proof is an optional service where a professional reviews your order for formatting and overall print quality before it goes into production.
If selected, you will receive a digital proof to review and approve before your order is printed. This helps ensure your design looks exactly as expected.
What Does the Design Review Include?
- Checking layout, spacing, and alignment
- Reviewing text placement and overall readability
- Evaluating image quality for printing
- Providing a digital proof for your approval before printing
Where Can I Find This Option?
In the Product Editor
When customizing your product, you’ll see the Design Review & Proof option in the Add to Cart pop‑up on the right side of the editor.
- Look for the checkbox labeled “Design Review & Proof”
- Select the option before adding your item to the cart
On the Cart Page
You can also add or remove this option from your order directly in your shopping cart.
- Locate the Design Review & Proof section
- Select or deselect the option before proceeding to checkout
When Should I Use Design Review?
- If you want an extra level of review before printing
- If your design includes detailed layouts, multiple elements, or important messaging
- If you want confirmation that everything is properly formatted
