Can I Make Changes When Reordering a Previous Item?
Yes. You can easily reorder a previous item and make updates before placing your new order.
How to Reorder with Changes
- Go to your Order History in your account
- Locate the item you’d like to reorder
- Click “Buy It Again”
This will open your previous design in the product editor with your original customization applied.
What Happens Next
After clicking “Buy It Again,” you’ll be taken to the editor and see an Add to Cart pop-up on the right side of the screen.
If You Do Not Need to Make Changes
- Review the item details
- Adjust the quantity if needed
- Click Add to Cart to proceed to checkout
If You Want to Make Changes
- Click the “X” to close the Add to Cart pop-up
- Update your design as needed (text, images, layout, etc.)
- You can also adjust product options such as paper type, size, or format
- Once finished, click Add to Cart and continue checkout
Helpful Tips
- Reordering is a great way to reuse a design with small updates
- Always review your preview before adding to cart
- Check for any updated pricing if options or quantities change
