How Proof Revisions and Approval Work

Some orders include a proof process. When that happens, Product Editor will send you into a follow-up approval step after the updated design is saved.

What you may see in Product Editor

  • A Save and Continue action instead of a standard add-to-cart step

How to handle proof-related edits

  1. Review the notes for the section you are editing (if applicable).
  2. Make the requested changes carefully.
  3. Continue to the next approval step when prompted.

Helpful tip

If a proof workflow is active, follow the on-screen instructions closely and complete the approval step after saving so the revised version can move forward correctly.
