How Add to Cart Checks Work
Add To Cart is more than a button. Product Editor checks the design first and may stop you if the system finds something incomplete or risky.
Common checks before continuing
- Missing images
- Text that still looks unchanged
- Low-resolution image warnings
- Envelope customization that is still incomplete
- Addressing quantity mismatches
- Mailing details that still need attention
What to do when you see a warning
- Read the alert closely.
- Return to the editor or the related options panel if the warning identifies a real problem.
- Review the affected side or setting.
- Try Add To Cart again after the issue is fixed.
Helpful tip
Most add-to-cart warnings are there to prevent incomplete orders. Treat them as a final review step, not as a minor interruption.
