The Best!!!
The product quality has been excellent every time that I have used CardDirect's self design Holiday card service. This year I was disappointed with the quality of the card - not from anything that CardsDirect did but because I chose a photo that looked oh so blah! Frustrated with myself, I called the customer service line, explained the situation and asked if I could have the same card printed except use a more vibrant photo that I would provide. The customer service representative reviewed my request and said "Send us the new photo and we'd be happy to remake the card for you - no charge!" This far exceeded what I was hoping for and parallels the Nordstrom customer satisfaction stories that you hear. Great job!

We wanted to make our own card this year, reflecting what happened in our lives and put together a card we loved. They had a photo issue and reached out to us, we sent better quality photos and recived our cards within the week. They are exactly what we had hoped! Love this vendors quality

This was my first order from Cards Direct, and It was great! The color rendition, the printing and the quality of the heavy cards was perfection itself! This product is top quality.
Nice heavy envelopes to go with the cards were an amazing bonus!

This is a perfect way to get 50 birthday cards for each of our club members. Very targeted design for our uniques group.
The service of providing a free sample in advance to be sure it looked good was invaluable.
