Can You Mail My Cards for Me?

You can have your package of birthday cards delivered to your door or take advantage of our full mailing service, where we will stamp, address, and mail your greetings to your recipients. Please select Addressing + US Stamp + Mail at checkout. 

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Custom orders take 1–4 business days for production. Shipping is separate, approximately 1–6 business days depending on your method and location. Add an item to your cart and choose your preferred shipping option to see estimated delivery and costs.

Estimated dates don’t include product upgrades like addressing, artwork help, or proof approvals, which may add time. We aren’t responsible for carrier delays (FedEx, UPS, USPS).

After completing your birthday card design, you’ll receive a proof that must be approved before shipping.

What is Your Return Policy?

Our products come with a 100% guarantee. If we make an error, we will fix it at no cost to you. However, items that are free from material defects at the time of shipping are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order upon delivery, and if you notice any issues, contact us within 30 days of receiving your items. After this 30-day period, we can no longer provide replacements or refunds.
