Can You Mail My Cards for Me?
You can have your grief cards delivered to your door or use our full mailing service, where we will stamp, address, and mail them to your recipients. Please select Addressing + US Stamp + Mail at checkout.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
Custom orders ship in 1–4 business days, plus 1–6 business days for delivery based on your shipping method and location. Estimated delivery does not include additional services (addressing, special requests, artwork help, or proof approvals), which may extend processing time. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Proofing Your Order
After designing your sympathy card, you'll receive a proof that you must approve before we ship your order. When reviewing your proof, click the box that says 'Approve' next to all card surfaces, and then click 'Submit Proof' at the bottom. Once you have approved your proof, your order will be printed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once it ships. Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received a confirmation email.
Return Policy
We stand by our products with a 100% guarantee. If we make a mistake, we’ll correct it at no cost to you. However, items that are delivered without material defects cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 30 days. After this timeframe, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.
