How to Address a Postcard
Want to know how to label a postcard properly?
Place the name of your recipient and your address on the right-hand side of the back of the postcard, like this:
(Name)
(Street Address)
(City, State, and Zip)
If you choose not to include the recipient’s name above the address, ensure that you include it on the left-hand side.
What Are the Best Practices for Sending a Holiday Postcard?
Postcards are a fun, eye-catching format that puts your branding front and center—perfect for quick, impactful communication with clients, customers, or prospects during the busy holiday season.
When creating a holiday postcard, keep your message short and focused to allow space for your logo and contact information. A clean, visually engaging design helps your product stand out in the mail. Consider adding a QR code that links to your website, a holiday promotion, or a special landing page—it's a great way to maximize space and drive engagement while keeping the design simple and effective.
Buying in Bulk
Our postcards are the more affordable alternative to our custom Christmas cards, but for maximum savings, order them in bulk. The more you order, the more you save. Ordering in bulk is the best way to stay prepared for the 2025 holiday season; terrific for corporations and personal mailings alike.
Shipping and Mailing
We recommend mailing your Christmas cards no later than December 15th, 2025. Most custom orders ship in 48 hours. We’ll print your products at one of our facilities closest to your shipping location, then send them to you or your recipients via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If you would like your postcards mailed directly to your recipients, simply select Addressing + US Stamp + Mail at checkout. We provide a template for you to add your addresses, and then they are added to your products in your choice of font and color before we mail them.
