Ordering was easy - great customer service, but poor packing

This is the second time I have placed an order with CardsDirect for business holiday cards. I asked CardsDirect to address the envelopes and stamp them, which saves tons of time. I was very happy with the ordering experience and the timeliness of the delivery. However, the cards arrived TOO TIGHTLY packed, which resulted in a couple of 'smashed' edges. With no time to re-order, I had to send them anyway.
I have shopped with Cards Direct for several years for my company. The cards are superb because of their customization, expedite delivery, reasonable charges, and customer service. The company I work for has now created an account and I continue to spread the great news about Cards Direct to other departments within Medstar Health!
