How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
Custom orders typically take 1-4 business days for printing and production. Shipping times are additional and range from 1-6 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method and destination. To get an accurate estimate of your delivery date and shipping costs, simply add an item to your cart and select your preferred option.
Please keep in mind that estimated delivery dates do not include additional services such as addressing, special requests, artwork assistance, or proof approvals, which may extend processing times.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers like FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If you have any questions, feel free to review our FAQ or contact our customer service team.
After finalizing your thank you card design, you will receive a proof that must be approved before we proceed with shipping your order.
What is Your Return Policy?
We stand behind our products with a 100% guarantee. If we make a mistake, we’ll correct it at no additional cost to you. Products that are in perfect condition when shipped are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us within 30 days if you encounter any problems. After this 30-day window, we will no longer be able to offer replacements or refunds.
