The letter did not come "folded" as advertised, creating a lot of additional work on our end that we were unprepared for. At least 25% of the envelopes were missing adhesive so we had to go out and purchase envelope adhesive. But for these two exceptions, the letters are beautiful, the paper quality is nice, the sentiment is beautiful, the price was reasonable, delivery time was quick, they did a good job adding our signatures, and overall we were pleased with the product. I think customer service could be improved by removing any misleading details, such as "folded" from the product description and customer invoice, if the product does not in fact come FOLDED as advertised!
