This year's order was a mix-up. I failed to see that there were good wishes in the inside flap. Since I am a religious Sister, we like to send our personal greetings. It was definitly my fault. When I called, I asked if I could resend those with my order. The young lady said that I need not return them and since in 14 years I have been totally satisfied, they would issue me the blank flap. She was absolutely most gracious.
