The website is extremely clear and easy to navigate. The personalization process is simple and direct. The shipping was so fast and they were well packaged. The cards are top quality and gorgeous! It was a flawless experience and I will definitely be ordering again!

I found it difficult to make the program keep the personalization that I made. I even saved it and I still didn't get all the changes I wanted made. It was very frustrating to spend $700 and not get exactly what I expected. The card is beautiful and good quality but I would appreciate an easier way to make it my own.

The ordering process was fairly easy. I received my cards on 11/12 and unfortunately they were of bad quality. I called customer service and expressed my displeasure. They are replacing my order. I also had concerns about the quality of the envelope; those too are being replaced.
