You'll see some buyers complain about the need to manually fix the inner/outer liners together with the elastic silver side-tie/bow -- and there's no doubt this takes a extra little time and care to do properly. But I don't think you'd want them to ship 'fully assembled:' I think they'd damage each other. Assembled, this card is absolutely stunning -- the laser-cut detail is amazing. We used it to announce the arrival of our first-born son: a truly special card containing a very special message!
This is our second year ordering our company cards from Cardsdirect and again they delivered a beautiful card with fast delivery. Will probably use them again next year!
This card is lovely, but at $4.40 per card, I did not expect a craft assignment. I must assemble the cards, but the cover has a lace front and it you bend it wrong (as I did three times) it looks terrible. I even bent the inside flap wrong twice. The foil ribbons came apart on me several times and they look awful when I tied them again. I do not recommend these cards unless you want to pay to do work. As for the company, they said my cards would arrive 12/21 until I protested, then they arrived 12/14. I ordered them a week ago.
