We only send traditional Santa Christmas cards that say Merry Christmas. Cards Direct allows us to find that traditional Santa image and to personalize the message for our friends and family. We have ordered from here for the past several years and never had an issue until this year. The cards came not personalized the way I ordered them. I called and the problem was corrected with no hesitation and the new cards sent out and I received the next day.
