Loved this Card! Great Quality, our Logo Stands Out - just what we needed for clients!

We were looking for a card that said Merry Christmas/Happy New Year and was brandable with our logo - these came out beautifully! It was easy to design in the website design area. I added 4 signatures with each of our owner's names in different fonts. The paper is a thick cardstock with a coated finish and makes the design stand out. The 4 color printing is vibrant and our logo, which has shading and multiple colors, looked great! We ordered the white envelopes with the silver metallic lining - they looked great with the cards. It was important to me to have a very nice holiday card that would represent our firm well to our clients and stakeholders - I highly recommend this card!

Terrible Quality and Service

Our company has always ordered from Cards Direct with no issues, but I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the product we most recently ordered and their customer service. We ordered 300 Die Cut Christmas cards for our clients in October. When the order came (in November) part of the letters in "Merry Christmas" were cut off. We got in contact with Customer Service and they issued a reprint immediately. We had to wait for the other set of cards, which put us behind in sending out our gifts. It was inconvenient but not detrimental. I asked for shipping information so I could make a new plan, and no one ever responded. The new cards came in about a week later...and they had completely forgotten to cut the circle out of the middle. There was just a bright yellow circle in it's place. I honestly do not understand how you miss that, especially since they put a big orange sticker on the package stating "You order has been carefully reviewed for quality and accuracy". Obviously it has not. I called customer service and they offered another reprint, but could not guarantee when the order would get to me, it didn't help that Thanksgiving would delay everything by an additional day. I understand that it wasn't the reps fault, but the person on the phone wasn't apologetic, didn't offer a partial refund or credit and basically just said they would reprint and they'd get to me when they get to me or I could take a full refund and be stuck with the cards I have. At this point, we are very behind in sending our gifts out and my confidence in getting the right order was pretty low so I took the refund and ended up spending two hours cutting the circles out myself. When you factor in the time I spent cutting the cards and the multiple weeks delay in getting the cards, I'm not sure the refund means much. What a headache this experience has been!
