The reason I ordered from cardsdirect.com was that I needed the cards in a few days so I could have enough time to write them and send them out. But it did not work as promised! I ordered the cards 10 days before Thanksgiving and the website indicated you'll get them in 3 days. It took 5 days for the cards to be shipped out and another 5 days for me to receive them. I got the cards on Saturday after Thanksgiving and there was no use for them anymore!
Thank you for your review. I can see that there was a slight delay in printing as this should take 2-3 days to print and it shipped out in 4 days. I am unable to verify why shipping took longer as it states 2 days unless it was delayed due to holiday. I will have a customer service representative reach out to you for a credit on this order.
