Great product but a few gliches

I have ordered cards for our company for at least the last 7 or 8 years if not longer. For the last two years I have asked that half the order be sent to a different address. This years I went over what happened the previous year in detail numerous time to ensure that my request was completed as asked. With at least 5 or 6 reminders all of the cards were sent to me. I was very disappointed because it delayed the other half in being sent out. I had a customer service supervisor that was very apologetic and helpful in getting the situation taken care of. I will still try ordering again because I love the selection of cards.
