I was extremely pleased with the customer service and ease of ordering. I ordered my cards and they were on my doorstep days later. You can imagine my horror when I realized I had misspelled a word. I called and CardsDirect immediately fixed the error, resent the cards, and didn't charge me a cent. The cards are beautiful and everyone loved them. Great experience!!
