Selected the card design that I wanted, as I customized them I noted the pre-labeled option for my clients addresses and decided to try it. Paid for cards/options and did not immediately upload addresses. Within 24 hours got a gentle reminder from CardsDirect, and even the option to just reply to the email and attach my addresses when ready.
