Product is fine but delivery late by 1 week even though I paid for 2-day express. Whatever mishap happened between your shop and your courier, my holiday cards came much too late. Poor execution on shipping side of the business.

The quality is wonderful and the help I received was terrific. I customized the back. I can hardly wait to send out.
