Over 20% of the custom printed envelopes were misprinted/skewed (obviously no quality check) and some of the replacement envelopes sent upon request were of inferior ink quality (thicker print & not crisp). Also, replacement envelopes were sent by regular mail instead of expedited delivery (as requested) and took 5 days to arrive after complaint. Have been a CardsDirect customer for over 12 years and this was by far the worst experience in terms of product quality and customer service. FYI, a friend of mine who ordered from CardsDirect upon my recommendation had even worse quality issues - nearly all of the 75 customized envelopes ordered were misprinted and the replacement envelopes were of inferior paper quality (thinner so that card pattern was visible through closed envelope.
