First off..I find Cards Direct a VERY DIFFICULT site to navigate. I tried last year and gave up. Tried again this year and couldn’t get the customization process to work. Had my husband try and he couldn’t either. Finally, my son, who is in the tech business ordered for me. He also commented on how poorly the site is set up. The chat people are of very little help. Very frustrating experience. The front of the card is beautiful, while the print and the paper quality inside looks cheap. The font was too big, which is my fault but no watchdog warning in place to let me know as other online card companies have. Not a great experience.
