I have been using cardsdirect for some time now. Service is always excellent. I ordered some personalized cards and forgot to change the return address on the envelopes. The acted quickly to change the address, reprint and send me the new ones - on their dime! It was my fault, but they cared enough about my business not to charge me - all without my asking.
