We had a few mix-ups with our order, possibly user error on the website as we made many changes to our design along the way. Customer service was prompt, polite, and adjusted our order swiftly with a clear explanation. The cards were sent out in the middle of the holiday season during COVID and still reached their destinations on time (obviously no lag from Cardsdirect themselves). Great service!
