Loved the design on the card, but was disappointed that the color wasn't as rich and vibrant as it appeared on my computer or when I printed the card. Valuable lesson learned--always request a sample. Customer Service worked with me to make sure I was a satisfied customer. This was not my company's first experience with CardsDirect, but it was my first experience.
