Due to my facility IT limitations, I had difficulty accessing the customization screens, I called the service rep who walked me through my choices and within a very short time, e-mailed me a prototype of the card that I wanted. I sent him back just 1 or 2 slight changes (i.e. spacing change so a handwritten note could be added - which I didn't think of originally). The cards came before the promised date and were exactly what I ordered. Great service - thank you!
