Very nice product.
Perfect for clients
The quality of the Rustic Pumpkins Thanksgiving cards are at its best! We were very happy when we received them. My only issue is that it took almost 7 business day from Oct 31st to receive them. I think the turnaround should have been between 3 or 4 days instead. Especially when its a last minute request.
Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that you thought shipping would be faster. I see that a proof was requested, and we do not submit an order until the proof is approved which delayed the process slightly. We want to make sure the order is exactly as you want before it is submitted to production. Without upgraded shipping, we can not push the order through faster. We do appreciate your business and have sent you a small credit for being so patient that will be loaded to your account and expires 1 year from now, thanks again for being a customer!
