Great card, our employees always love getting them! It is a nice reminder, on their special day, that they're appreciated here in their workplace.

The description mentions "glitter"; I assumed the "glitter" dots would be actual glitter with a different texture as they look in the picture. However, it is just graphics. But, they look nice and no glitter mess! Nice card for the price.
