Great stuff

I have purchase cards from cards direct previously. I was very happy with the product and your services. however this time, I was missing around 16 envelopes from my 100 cards that i had ordered. I did call and your office is sending me extra envelopes. But sure it was inconvenience, because I couldn't send out my cards yet!! Thanks
