It is easy to customize the card with verbiage, and their suggested verbiage is very helpful! We add photos and our logo to our Holiday cards and that is also easy to do. I ordered on a Monday and received the cards by Friday! I happened to order on their Cyber Monday and had a 40% off promo code which was very exciting! I ordered 100 of these cards - with a personal message on the inside. They arrived in a sturdy box that protected them, they are heavy card stock (but not heavy enough to have to add additional postage for mailing), they were printed perfectly (no smudging, etc.), and they were the correct amount.
