Overall the process of finding and creating the card was very easy. I just received the product and it looks great. That being said, I am unhappy that not until I placed the order was it communicated that the cards are delivered flat (ie not folded). Frankly, I am not sure I would have ordered if I had known that prior to ordering and it will certainly make me hesitate before ordering here again. This should be boldly communicated upfront in the process as it adds tremendous labor to the process of mailing the cards.
