Generally, I like the CardsDirect concept, website and product selection. There are lots of choices. However, it would be great if one could customize the backsides of the cards so text could be read more easily when one wants to include a personalized message. My experience this year with shipping and their customer service department was a disappointment. My order was routed all over the place and late for delivery. There was no follow up from CardsDirect until I complained and then they did not even offer a discount or any real thanks as a long time customer. They've got work to do!
