I am a loyal Cardsdirect customer for Christmas cards, but the printing quality of my photo cards was very poor this year. The first batch I received had a grey hue to the photo, not at all like the original photo. I called customer service and the customer care rep was very apologetic and offered to have a new batch re-printed and sent out express next day delivery. 7 days or so later, just a few days before Christmas, the second batch arrived and the quality was only slightly better and I was not happy with the cards. I deliberated about having them re-done a second time, but considering how close it was to Christmas I just went ahead and sent them out. I am hopeful for better results next year.
