I like the quality and appearance of the card I ordered for my Director this year. However, the red envelope that came with the cards was a mistake. The US Postal Service refused to accept the cards because they could hardly see the postage on it (red ink on red envelope). Red envelopes will work only if you do not use the automated stamp machine (or whatever they are called). I will still order our 2013 cards from CardsDirect (specially loved the discount at 20%!). The only thing I need to keep in mind is to check if my selection comes with a red envelope and if it does, to order a different colored envelope or stick with white. Other than that, I am a satisfied customer.
