Hello, I have always been happy with the quality of the cards I have ordered. Never a problem. Most every company touts that they have the best customer service. It is often difficult to judge that however until there is a problem with an order and you get to witness how the company responds. After waiting several weeks for my last order and not getting it I reached out to customer service. They tracked my order leaving their office and into the USPS system. They said the USPS is slow and to wait. And I did. After several more weeks I reached out to customer service for a second time. I really thought I was going to have to battle to get my cards or a refund. Customer service immediately duplicated my order and sent me my cards. No questions, no hassles, no headaches. The cards that we ordered were customized without additional costs associated, and we received them in less than week. They were perfect when they arrived, and the selection of choices is fabulous regarding our yearly mail-out purposes.
