Second time I have ordered Birthday cards from Cards Direct and I have been very satisfied with the product, price and service.

The card itself was great, but getting the envelopes right was a nightmare. The first envelope would not seal and the font was too large. For the replacement envelopes the font was right, but they forgot to fix the problem with the seal. For the next batch the seal was right, but they enlarged the font to the point that it barely fit on the flap. Replacements were supposed to be overnighted to us, but when I called for status several days later they hadn't even started on them. Fourth time was a charm; when we finally received them, they were correct.

We send approximately 50 birthday cards a month to our clients. We need an inexpensive way that still looks nice and Cardsdirect.com met our needs. The card is beautiful, I'd send them to my friends! And we loved the fact we could make this card our own by changng the font, wording and paper style. Quality was above expected. We will be ordering more of these cards.
