We regularly order cards for various occasions for our corporation. Cards Direct cancelled orders when they did not receive payment in LESS than one month from the invoice date for ONE invoice. They offered no remedy and did not care about losing our business altogether. Considering our history with them and being a multi billion dollar global corporation, I am shocked. I will be pursuing our national purchasing dept to source another vendor.
Thank you for your feedback. Once your invoice is more than 30 days past due, our system does not allow a new order to be submitted under invoicing. Your first invoice will need to be paid, or you will need to pay for the new order with a credit card. We are able to reinstate your order if you would like to choose one of these options.
We were very happy with the quality of this card. From the card stock, colors, picture quality & envelopes - they were very professional looking with a fun & festive feel!
