The quality is good, the customer service is responsive, and the design your own experience is easy to use.

The cards I designed came perfectly made... Just like I had ordered. I also ordered envelopes with the return address preprinted. Of the 25 envelopes, 13 had the address printed on the flap. The other 8 were printed at the bottom of the back of the envelope. Not a deal breaker, but it isn't right.

I downloaded a copy of my painting. Used it for an invitation. The entire process was easy. When I wanted to change something there was a "go back" step which made everything very easy to accomplish. I am somewhat technology challenged, but the CARDSDIRECT site was amazing. Thank you.
