My Christmas cards were printed and shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately they sent the wrong cards, someone else's, but the envelopes were correctly addressed. I called them to complain and they were very helpful and shipped replacements out. I received them 2 days later, excellent customer service. The quality of the cards and envelopes was great, just as I ordered. Will definitely use them again.

Cards Direct was one of the few places I could find who would do a square “Design Your Own” card. I was really pleased with how it turned out and the really quick turn around time.

I have ordered these cards before and they are pretty expensive compared to other options, but the quality has been good. This order they sent the wrong envelopes, and the cards were scored wrong, so the fold is in the wrong spot. Expect better.
