My last project with them came out horrible. I had a textured background on the card that didn't come out at all because of the excessive dot gain on their presses, evidently. They came out way darker than they should have and the detail on the card was lost completely. On the online proof, the texture was visible - but not on the final cards. I was very disappointed this time.
