I got my order 2 days before the estimated delivery date. The order was complete and looked great. We will be doing business with them again next year!

I ordered a series of 8 photo cards which was my first order with Cards Direct. When I got the cards, they didn't appear to match the color of my photos as they had very little saturation. I spoke to a customer service manager, I reemailed some of the files and they think there was some printer problem. I even spoke to the manager of the facility. He reworked the cards with new uploads, sent me a quick proof and they overnighted the cards to me with the new photos. The new cards were perfect. They will be my go to company for photo cards which I sell from now on. I couldn't recommend them higher.
