We ordered bulk custom Thank You cards for our business. Our project was a little bit tricky as our internal design team provided us the exact specs for the cards they wanted and the website wasn't able to do support this easily. I contacted customer service with questions on how to upload my own designs (we had designs of the whole card, not just the image to put on front and back) and James from customer support replied to my question promptly and was super helpful. He even went above and beyond and into my account, uploaded my artwork as a project, saved it for me, and left me a nice reply with detailed instructions on how to access the project as well as next steps to approve/edit and order it. After approval and ordering it, I accidentally put in the wrong credit card number. The credit card checkout process isn't the best (it doesn't verify the card number). So when I realized the card number I entered was wrong, I had to wait for customer service to call and fix everything. Once they called it was easy peasy. Shipping was really fast. When the product arrived it was exactly what we wanted and great quality. Overall, the customer service, product and shipping was excellent. The only thing that prevented me from a 5 start rating was the usability of the website. I definitely recommend this company and product. :)
