The feature that led me to complete my order with cardsdirect.com is that you can have a free custom sample mailed to you before paying anything. We had some issues with our graphic resolution so this was key to us reviewing and approving the final order. There was a hiccup with the delivery of the order- it was sent to the wrong address- but cardsdirect sent a replacement order to us quickly and without much fuss.
