Your website is a little difficult navigating when creating a card, editing, and placing the order (it doesn't automatically go to the cart), but still easier in comparison to Shutterfly! Your support team was very helpful, but sometimes it took longer than 5 minutes to get someone; however, they were knowledgeable and courteous. We received our free sample very quickly and was impressed that it came so quickly and that the end product is a good quality card that we are pleased to send to our clients. I found an error in spelling about 30 minutes after placing my order for 100 cards, and your rep, Alfie, was able to make the correction on his end before it went to print. Lifesaver! Thank you!
Designed our own Christmas card for the second year in a row. The finished product turned out great - a quality card we will be pleased to send to our clients and employees. Had some miscommunication about the return envelope, but a call to customer service quickly resolved the issue. Corrected envelopes received today. Another task complete.
We select a picture from a trip and make it into a Christmas card. Have done this many years with CardsDirect. They take our picture add their art work and we have cards that all our friends look forward to receiving every year.
I have some difficulty with the Design Your Own card, so one of your reps helped me with the insertion of the clip art. He was very helpful and waited while we decided over the actual placement. The only trouble was there a grey area behind the clip art that I had to make a comment to fix it. I also had a little trouble in checking out trying to get the correct color on envelope which we did not get the color we wanted after all. But the actual card looked great!
This was my first order from CardsDirect and I'm very impressed with the quality and speed of delivery. Would absolutely buy again.
