I placed an order for small custom artwork photo thank you cards in July and we were extremely pleased with the quality of the cards as well as the price, customer service, quick turn-around, and quick shipping. Having gone through them quicker than expected, I placed another order for the same cards but used different artwork---although the artwork looked fantastic and the customer service, etc. was as just good as before, the quality of the card was different. The first order was a glossy stock and folded nicely while the second order was a matte finish and cracked when folded. Don't know what the difference was as I used the same card number when ordering. Overall still pleased with the product, just not as much as the first order and don't understand the diffference.
