It came out better than I expected even though we chose thiner paper. However shipping took much longer than I thought. It is carrier's problem though.

I'm not ready to recommend this product yet. The image printing and card quality were superb. However, the time taken to process the cards was unacceptable! Ten cards took best part of six weeks between order and delivery. Couple that with staff who, when contacted, could give no information on status for at least a week. I had to cancel a large order (>100 cards) because I couldnt guarantee turn around time. The product is great - the process needs attention.

Some of the cards had a slight error in the message, but CardsDIrect was very nice to reprint the cards affected. There was a difference in the coloring of the photo on the reprinted batch AND it took a while for the printing (orig order and the reprint), but overall it was an okay experience. I appreciated their efforts in making things right!

The product actually came out better than I expected and the delivery was fast and before scheduled time stated. Will buy again and recommend to my other clients.

Final product was excellent, but I could not give higher rating because it is a bit expensive. In addition, I would prefer more options in terms of order quantities (increments of 25 is too inflexible).
