Easy to use. Great customer services with quick responses and feedback. I was searching for a printer which gave me the option to design my own cards entirely and I found you guys. Love the cards and the pricing is great.

It was really hard to insert an image. I had it on PNG and it was too large for the card, and it wouldn't allow to "play" with the image; such as, reducing it to fit the card. After two days of trying different things, I converted the image to GIF and it allowed me to reduce it and fit the card; however, it was two days of work, which bothered me. I, eventually, bought the product, which is nice, but I resented the time I spent on it. I actually tried another company and it was easier to work and cheaper for the same product. So, I will use Cardsdirect, but I also will try to the other company too

easy to use, upload photos and re-order

When I created our custom cards, I failed to make sure they were blank inside. When the order arrived, I called and they re-printed the cards for us at no charge! The cards are high quality and we are very happy with our purchase.
